But English Is an international language if we want to master of English. We have to try and try tto practice whatever we can. We realize when we learned it. The common problem of English language have to overcome by all students, and the diificulties they find are similar in all parts of the world. Regional differences can always be dealt with by the teacher, who hould be aware of the particular problems of his students. The following general principles are self evident: 1.
