Each student makes a list of 5 things they do every day. Then, share the list with a classmate and compare.

F. Grammar Focus: Simple Present Tense & Adverbs of Frequency

Simple Present Tense Rules:

• Use base form for I/You/We/They:

I go to school at 7 a.m.

• Add –s or –es for He/She/It:

She wakes up early.

• Use do/does for questions:

Do you go to school every day?

Does he like math?

Adverbs of Frequency:

• always (100%)

• usually (80%)

• often (60%)

• sometimes (40%)

• rarely (20%)

• never (0%)

Placement:

• Before the main verb:

She usually eats breakfast at 6 a.m.

• After the verb “to be”:

He is always on time.

G. Writing Practice: Describe Your Daily Routine

Instructions:

Write a paragraph (8–10 sentences) about your daily activities. Use adverbs of frequency and correct verb forms.

Example:

I usually wake up at 5:30 a.m. I take a shower and get dressed. I have breakfast at 6 a.m. Then I go to school by motorcycle. At school, I study various subjects. I usually have lunch at 12:30. After school, I sometimes play games or do my homework. I go to bed at 9 p.m.

H. Roleplay/Project: Interview a Classmate and Introduce Them
